Who would you rather see beat Brady @ the Superbowl?

Written by Derek Hanson.

We have the possibility of being geographically close to 50K Patriot fans who are crushed again after another Superbowl loss.  I for one wouldn't rub in their face at the Indy Airport right after. Sarcasm.

Who would you rather see beat Brady?  Eli Manning or Jim Harbaugh?

Isn't it a little early to say the Pats are winning against the Ravens?

I was originally rooting for the Giants and Eli but already hearing the "Eli is better than Peyton" stories it would turn into "look who has more rings in the family" which I just don't wanna deal with. Of course anybody but the Patriots is a blessing but I would probably go with the 49ers at this point.

Will settle for either, but it's definitely going to be the Giants.

One thing is for sure, if Brady beats the Ravens (unlikely), he will get throttled by the Giants. I've gone back and forth on whether I'd rather see Brady lose the SB in Indy, or not see him play in the SB.

I'm sure of it now, I want Brady in the Superbowl at Lucas Oil, Eli will trounce him again. Not necessarily by a lot of points, but even a one point loss will feel like a trouncing to Pats fans, at Peyton' Place by Peyton's little brother.

In the year of the QB and passing records being annihilated, I am rooting for Ravens-Niners. Rooting hardest for Jim Harbaugh.

As much as I should hate the Ravens, I really don't - despite their constant reminding us about the Colts that left 58 years ago (yes I know it was 1985 or so). But a 49ers / Ravens SB would be pretty unique. I'm tired of Brady standing in the pocket for 34 seconds going thru his reads, flossing his teeth, banging Giselle, then throwing it to Welker or Hernandez or... for 50 yards. I recall with glee when Brady was put on the ground repeatedly by the Giants in the SuperBowl. Not sure the Ravens have the same firepower as when they played the Pats a few years ago and destroyed them. But that would be cool to see!

So, any NFC team, and not the Patriots.

@buymymonkey I hate the Baltimore fan base, but I kinda like the Ravens' team.

Colts (this franchise) were in Baltimore from '53-'83, 30 years. As of 2014 they will have been in Indy just as long. 'Bout time they shut the hell up and get over it.

Ya I'm just straight rooting NFC.

It's a push for me too... Pick one! I'd rather they not even make the trip here!

I'd prefer if they lost in the AFCCG. I don't really care who beats them as long as they lose, the sooner the better.

Win or lose it would be a kick in the balls for the Pats to even be in a Superbowl hosted in Indy. Go Ravens.

That's if Brady gets past the Raisins next week, he didn't do too well against them a couple of years ago in NE...

Jim Harbaugh, without a question. My favorite QB as a kid, Captain Comeback, and probably my favorite coach now. I only wish we had gotten him rather than SF.

"Anybody" is the correct answer. Ha. But either choice given is correct: Manning family member or Ex-Colt QB.
