Tom Telesco promoted
Tom Telesco was a serious candidate for the GM job but eventually lost out to Ryan Grigson. He is getting a nice consolation prize however:
Tom Telesco’s rise up the Indianapolis Colts management ranks continues. He has been named the team’s vice president of football operations.
Telesco has been with the Colts since 1998 when he was an area scout. He has been director of player personnel the past six seasons.

I don't know exactly who Mr. Telesco is related to, but surely he's a toxic byproduct of nepotism.
