Kuharsky: Arians assured, sensible in approach

Written by Marcus Dugan on .

The always reliable Paul Kuharsky at ESPN.com delivers again, compiling tweets from beat writers and some of his own commentary about the state of mind of the Colts and interim coach Bruce Ariens:

Phillip B Wilson @pwilson24

Arians says his team's five-star players must show up Sunday against Packers.

To which I say: This is specifically for Reggie Wayne, Dwight Freeney, Robert Mathis and, yes, even Andrew Luck. Who else do we rate as five-star right now?

Here's hoping a couple others play like five-star players this weekend.

Bethea. Powers should rate as a high 3 or even a solid 4 star.

Normally I'd include Angerer, but not this soon. That foot still needs to heal up, and CBS's story on his yesterday (http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/nfl-rapidreports/20446136/colts-notebook) makes me worry that he's trying to rush things.

@AJ_ Awesome.  I agree, though Powers needs to step up a little more, IMO.  I might post your link this evening when I log back into the administrator site.  I almost posted it today, along with Phil Richards' Colts Notebook entry.
