Indianapolis has asked for permission to interview Zimmer for their vacancy after the Colts fired Jim Caldwell on Tuesday. The Indianapolis Star reports that New Orleans offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael is in either today or Friday and that Tennessee defensive coordinator Jerry Gray will also interview.
