Colts Sign Seventh Round Pick Ray Fisher

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post announced that the Colts have reached a four-year $1.83 million deal with Ray Fisher.  Fisher was a Colts seventh round pick and is projected to compete for kick and punt return duties, along with a chance to serve as one of the team's primary back-up cornerbacks. Fisher is the first of the Colts 2010 NFL Draft picks to officially sign with the team.
