Colts Sign RB Dominic Rhodes, Move CB Jerraud Powers to IR
According to Phil B Wilson, the Colts have confirmed re-signing running back Dominic Rhodes for a third time, and moved cornerback Jarraud Powers to the season-ending injured reserve after arm surgery to repair a broken bone.
