Colts Lose to Jaguars 17-3

Quarterback play is really important in the NFL. But the Colts don't have a legitimate quarterback. Curtis Painter threw for a measly 94 yards, and gave up the ball twice with interceptions before being replaced by Dan Orlovsky. Painter should have had another pick, but it was offset by a 12 men-the-field penalty. The Colts are bad, but the quarterback ineptitude is where it all stems from. It's embarrassing, but it won't change until 2012. It's not going to change with a coaching change, it's not going to change by firing the Polians. Other things can improve, but the quarterback play is here until Manning or Luck walk through the door. Get used to it.
