I'll be on with Jersey Johnny tonight about 8:15 on 1070 the Fan. I'll also be on at 12:15 on WIBC.
We'll have post-game coverage here on CA, but also check out Todd, Kyle and I at Bleacher Report today as well.
Great, down to the wire games all over the place. Very happy to have been eliminated from my Survival picks on the Pats loss.
Oooof! New England fail!
Can we tell Pats fans that Vinnie wouldn't have missed that one? (*evil grin*)
Well... I think the lesson of the game is that the coaches have to stop fettering Luck. Let him play. Give him some better plays.
They have to stop overcoaching games. Too many of decisions made could've cost them the game.
@AJ_ I couldn't agree more. When they gave luck sane plays to run he produced big time. Frankly at this point Luck should be calling the game.
The only thing I wanna know now is was the playcalling by Arians a result of not wanting Luck throwing too much, the OLine...what exactly? This game should have been a blowout.
@Platinum It was a result of Arians playing scared and it almost cost us the game. He was run out of Pittsburg for a reason.
@Platinum I'm not sure why he didn't trust Luck to continue to put more points up, like he was already doing. You know we can't run it, so just give him some 3-5 step drops (no 7-step or empty sets) and see what he can do for you. Run it occasionally to keep them off-balance still. I thought it showed a complete lack of faith by Arians in Luck's ability to lead the team up and down the field.
@TheGreatMisdirect @Platinum And an absurd amount of faith in a patchwork line to do something they haven't been able to do in five years.
Now we need to SQUIBBBBBBBB.,..... do not let Harvin get his hands on the ball
WHY DON'T YOU KNOW HOW TO PRONOUNCE VINATIERI'S NAME? I mean, come on, guys. It's not like he's a rookie.
Are we gonna pretend this is a Ponder miracle? Talk about adding up insult to injury.
@Goéland You can't win a game when your coordinator forgets what team he's calling for.
