Nice entry by Wilson.  He has an interesting observation about Caldwell:

Tony Dungy always had this calm manner, as if the world could be coming to an end and there was nothing to worry about. Caldwell, while quiet, does not exude that same persona, at least not to me so far. It's more of a "I wonder what's rolling around in that head of his" kind of look
