Elway, Schlichter or Manning?
Scott Stinson of the National Post reminds us that the Colts have drafted supposed franchise QBs before with wildly differing results:
Maybe Andrew Luck will be the next Elway. Maybe he will be the next Schlichter. Maybe the Colts should keep trying to win. Tanking comes with no guarantees.
