In the 4th Round the Colts select Delone Carter, RB, Syracuse
With the 119th overall pick the Colts took Delone Carter, RB, Syracuse. At 5'9" 222lbs Carter is the kind of bowling ball back that has given the Colts D nightmares. Carter is a powerful runner and strong in pass protection, but lacks breakaway speed and wasn't extremely productive as a receiver though reports from college all-star games were positive about his hands.
The Colts have one selection remaining, a 6th rounder, number 188 overall.
